Beginners Yoga class

Monday: 6:00-7:30p

 

You will learn poses that will release tension from the toes to the top of the head. You will be introduced to breathing techniques that will calm the mind and create an opening into the deeper levels of your being. Attention is given to proper alignment and support where you need it most using blankets or blocks. 7 Week Series: $90 | Drop-In: $15

 

Yoga for everybody

Thursday: 6:00-7:30p

 

This class is geared towards a student that is recovering from an injury or has pain in their back or joints. It is a slower paced class that will address the individual needs of each student's unique challenges. 7 Week Series $90 | Drop-In $15

Come in and enjoy being cuddled by blankets as you experience a 20 minute guided awareness, 3-4 very gentle poses followed by another 20 minutes of guided awareness. Pure healing happens in this one hour of Bliss. 4 Week Series $40 | Drop-In $15
