Basic Yoga Therapy

Wednesday: 5:30-7p


You will learn poses that will release tension from the toes to the top of the head. You will be introduced to breathing techniques that will calm the mind and create an opening into the deeper levels of your being. Attention is given to proper alignment and support where you need it most using blankets or blocks. 6 Week Series: $90 | Drop-In: $20


Gentle Yoga

Wednesday: 10-11:30a


This class is geared towards a student that is recovering from an injury or has pain in their back or joints. It is a slower paced class that will address the individual needs of each student's unique challenges. 4 Week Series $60 | Drop-In $20


Deeper Yoga

Monday: 5:30-7:15p


This class is for experienced students that have been doing this style of yoga for 1-2 years on a regular basis. The poses are held longer, the opening in the body are more intense so it is required to have a consistent home practice.  The class is also longer. 6 Week Series $95 | Drop-In $20


Shavasana Healing

Thursday: 6-7p


Come in and enjoy being cuddled by blankets as you experience a 20 minute guided awareness, 3-4 very gentle poses followed by another 20 minutes of guided awareness. Pure healing happens in this one hour of Bliss. 4 Week Series $40 | Drop-In $15
