A Therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga that uses familiar yoga poses to create a deep opening in the muscles around the spine. When muscle tension releases, the muscle gains in both strength and flexibility.

Thi is not your typical yoga class because it is very approachable for every body. It doesn't matter how old you are or the size of your body. And while it is a therapeutic form of yoga and really can help heal many types of injuries and illnesses, people without a health issue will also receive many benefits. When practiced regularly, you experience a spacious, rejuvenating feeling of coming home to your body.

You will look & feel better from the inside out!!

“ Yoga is a blessing for everyone, at every age, and in every physical condition. It is gentle, yet deep, and incredibly restorative for the mind and the body. I urge everyone to try it for themselves.” --Claire Ratushny

technologies for those who need help. You can drug yourself into a relaxed state, with a beverage or
drug of choice. Comfort food will do the trick. Certain herbs or teas will accomplish the same result.
But can you do it without a “helper?”
